What are your drop-off and pickup times?
We offer flexible windows between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM daily. Please let us know your estimated arrival time during booking.
What does a typical daily routine look like?
Days are filled with social play, supervised garden time, and relaxing afternoon naps. We follow your dog's specific feeding and medication schedule exactly as requested.
Will my dog be left alone or in a kennel?
Never. We are a home-based, cage-free service. Your dog lives with us as part of the family, enjoying 24/7 supervision and home comforts.
Do you board dogs from different families together?
We keep our guest list very small to ensure personalized care. We only board compatible dogs and always perform a Meet & Greet first to ensure a happy pack.
How often will I receive updates?
We provide daily photo and video updates via text or WhatsApp so you can see your pup enjoying their vacation while you enjoy yours.
Do you offer discounts for long stays?
Yes, we offer custom rates for stays longer than 14 days, as well as discounts for active military and teachers. Please contact us for a quote.

What vaccinations are required for my dog?
We require up-to-date Proof of Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella vaccinations to ensure the health of all our guests.
How do you handle medical emergencies?
In the unlikely event of an emergency, we immediately contact you and your designated vet. We also have local 24-hour emergency clinic details on file.
Can you administer medication to my dog?
Yes, we are happy to administer oral or topical medications as per your veterinarian's instructions at no extra charge.
What safety protocols are in place during play?
All play sessions are 100% supervised. We group dogs by size and temperament to ensure everyone has a safe and positive experience.
Do you require a flea and tick preventative?
Yes, all dogs must be on a current flea and tick preventative to maintain a clean and safe environment for all pets.
What to Pack
Help your pup feel right at home by bringing these essential items for their stay with us.
Familiar Food & Serving Instructions
To prevent tummy upsets, please bring enough of their regular food for the entire visit, labeled with serving sizes.
Medications & Supplements
If your pet requires meds, please include them in their original containers with clear dosage and timing instructions.
A Favorite Toy or Comfort Item
A familiar toy or a t-shirt that smells like home can greatly help reduce separation anxiety during the first night.
Collar with ID Tag & Leash
For safety during transitions and walks, please ensure your pup arrives with a secure collar and a standard 6ft leash.
Updated Vaccination Records
If you haven't uploaded them to Kennelbooker yet, please bring physical copies of Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella records.
